Graphic Designer

MLC Presentation Design Consulting is looking for a Graphic Designer who wants to welcome the challenge to making great visual presentations, infographics, motion graphics and media works. - You possess broad technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and you deftly apply those skills to produce and deliver high-caliber assets (Required)

EDITORIAL PLANNING AND EXECUTION

Research, outline, write and edit articles about the following topics: presentation design, communication strategies, data storytelling, startup pitch strategies

The contents must be inline with all the work that has been already done by our founder. This is a highly strategic position because it needs to give continuity to the work already done so it requires the copywriter to absorb first our unique vision of the presentations domain

ARTICLES MANAGEMENT, RANKING OPTIMIZATION, KEYWORDS OPPORTUNITIES

Update and maintain the blog, monitor and improve internal link structure to optimize ranking and conquer new keyword opportunities. Identify new keyword opportunities, plan SEO strategy and put it into action. Monitor traffic and share information about the achieved growth.

ANALYTICS & REPORTING

Develop, optimize, maintain, monitor and communicate a KPI dashboard merging key information from different sources (Active Campaign, Paypal, Stripe, Google Analytics) and identifying key insights

BACKLINKS AND DIGITAL ASSETS UPDATE

Create new backlink opportunities, maintain the most important external traffic sources updated

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE AND NEW SECTIONS DEVELOPMENT

Keep our WordPress website updated, removing spam, optimizing the medias files to save space on the server. Keep the landing pages updated and create new relevant sections

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Manage MLC PowerPoint add in evolution, produce new interface design, understand customers and create new functions

Executive Assistant & Administrative Officer [Part time]

We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, “start-up” environment.

The Executive Assistant will manage a highly complex business calendar and have a keen sense of prioritization and time management to ensure maximum effectiveness of time. The EA role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. EA will hold primary responsibility for office management and internal communication.

MAIN TASKS

Accounting & Administration

  • Report administrative information to our accountants and answer specific requests
