Graphic Designer

MLC Presentation Design Consulting is looking for a Graphic Designer who wants to welcome the challenge to making great visual presentations, infographics, motion graphics and media works. - Your up-to-date portfolio speaks for itself
- You possess broad technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and you deftly apply those skills to produce and deliver high-caliber assets (Required)
- Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier are a plus
- You’re a go-to resource for solving problems, both creative and technical
- Visual problem solver—you dissect complex information to simplify and abstract it for easier audience digestion (Required)
- Ability to prioritize projects, share progress, and always deliver on time

REQUIREMENTS:

- English: Full Professional Proficiency (Most of the work will be done in English – Italian is only a plus)

Lean Presentation Design Trainer

Are you passioned about helping people tell compelling stories? Are you eager to spread your knowledge and the Lean Presentation Design methodology in multinational companies all over the world? Do you want to work in a high and independent impact role?

If your answers were yes, then our Presentation Design Trainer role will likely fit you.

In this role you will look after the training service line of MLC Company, you'll be teaching managers how to improve their presentation skills, you'll constantly be developing new contents and exercizes to customize and enrich the training experience for your trainees.

ONCE HERE YOU WILL:

Classroom Training

Teach trainees in companies, in Italy and abroad how to leverage the Lean Presentation Design methodology to be faster at making effective presentations. Teach them through a structured training offer and enjoy the outstanding results your trainees will achieve at the end of each course.

Training Content Development 

Start from the current effective course structure and enrich it. You'll have the unique opportunity to spend time with managers from different industries and cultures. You'll have the priviledge to see how they design their presentations in real time. Observe, listen and learn to design new engaging excercizes, tools and chapters. Customize the training contents based on user needs.

Training Analytics and Reporting 

Report training performances to the Founders of the company. Share your strategy for the future and be the main driver for growth.

  • Significative training experience in presentation design or related fields (you'll be asked to give us a lesson about presentation design during the interview process)
  • Preferred: Work experience in topics related to presentation design
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Executive Assistant & Administrative Officer [Part time]

We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, “start-up” environment.

The Executive Assistant will manage a highly complex business calendar and have a keen sense of prioritization and time management to ensure maximum effectiveness of time. The EA role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. EA will hold primary responsibility for office management and internal communication.

MAIN TASKS

Accounting & Administration

  • Report administrative information to our accountants and answer specific requests
  • Follow up with clients to ensure payment terms are always respected
  • Manage the invoicing process (generate, register and send invoices)
  • Reporting economic updates to the management team
  • Manage salaries payment activities to ensure timings
  • Report employees information to the work consultant periodically

Office Management

  • Maintain the smooth running of the office and manage the supplies for the team

SECONDARY TASKS

Customer service and understanding (process optimization)

  • Support client requests
  • Understand clients and identify insights to optimize the customer service process
  • Create FAQs and standard replies on the website

Human Resources
