NH Hotels aimed to enhance guest satisfaction by transforming their business conversations into engaging narratives, fostering a storytelling culture among hotel directors and executives to captivate guests.

The adoption of a planning and lean approach to presentations has re-oriented NH’s communication perspective, putting the guest back at the center. A welcoming and engaging way of communicating was triggered. Through workshops and sessions, the NH team learned to blend the brand identity into stories, improving guests’ stay and promoting a lasting empathetic relationship over time.
